Booking Policy:

All sessions require a Non-refundable deposit that goes towards the overall cost of your portrait session. Your deposit secures your date, time, and location without a scheduling conflict with other clients. Photo session dates and times are booked only when a deposit has been paid. Please schedule your session at least one to two weeks in advanced (not including Weddings).  All  weddings must be scheduled at least three months ahead.

 

If you need to reschedule, I must be notified at least 48-72 hours prior to the scheduled session date. If given adequate notice your deposit will be valid for the next available date that works for the client and the photographer

 

Note: only one rescheduling will be allowed per deposit.

SalesTax:

 

Sales Tax will be applied to all sessions, events, and weddings. The Louisiana/Baton Rouge sales tax is (9.95%)

​

Travel Fee:

 

A $50 traveling fee will be applied to all sessions 50 miles outside of the Baton Rouge area but inside Louisiana.

 

A $100 traveling fee will be applied to all sessions outside of Louisiana.

Timeline of Services: 

​

All images form your session will be emailed immediately after your session where you can then select your images to be edited. Once edited you will receive a separate email with high resolution edited images with a print release. you will also received a USB in the mail with high resolution images. Portrait sessions can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to be edited depending on the season.  Events can take 2-3 weeks depending on the season. Please be sure to book your sessions accordingly.

Expedited Edits: 

​

48-72 hour turn around will equal an additional $100

​

*This does not include Event or Wedding Photography.*

*No raw/unedited images will be released.

​

*Additional images can be purchased at $15 an edit.

Archives/Editing

​

All edits will be in the true likeness of the client. Caleb T. Dunbar will keep digital copies via online gallery for 1 month after their session and 1 year for  events and weddings. After the set time has passed, the digital copies will be removed from the archives and will no longer be available. It is recommended to save the files you would like once received.

Copy Right

 

Caleb T. Dunbar Photography has the rights to all images. Clients must acquire a copyright release form (will be provided) in order to make any prints.

Model Release

 

Caleb T. Dunbar Photography has the right to post images and or video on our professional website and social media sites, such as Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook, for promotional purposes.
